The Garlic Clubb produces 17 different garlic varieties. These varieties are sold as both SEED GARLIC and culinary garlic. Seed garlic is sold to commercial and small garlic producers and even gardeners for their vegetable gardens. It must conform to rigorous size and quality standards. As a result, it is sold at premium prices. The garlic we sell for culinary purposes is generally smaller and as a result less expensive. For the professional chef or enthusiastic foodie, it is exactly the same garlic with the same wonderful taste, but more affordable. Because of its smaller size, it is easier to work with and will keep longer.
